Opinion: the real Cabernet Sauvignon, with that really characteristic pungent green pepper finish; lively ruby ​​red with purple reflections. The nose initially smells of the typical ripe red fruit then evolves into other scents. There is a right herbaceous note, characteristic of this grape. It does not make wooden barrels, only steel.
