Opinion: it doesn't reveal itself at the first sip, you have to wait a few minutes (I recommend a red glass) to smell the true, authentic, typical aromas of this grape. The buttery notes, the scent of ripe white/yellow fruit make it pleasant to drink and, not a given for this wine, on frying it "is great" (despite not having much acidity). Kept in steel for 10 months together with the skins where it develops its aromas, try it for a typical and correct representation of this grape.
