Grapes: Gouais Blanc and Chasselas.

Location: Revello Piedmont.

Opinion: Do you want to try something different? Here we are under the Alps almost in France with two recovered French vineyards; a different wine than usual, it reminds of a Muller Thurgau but with a greater flavor and salinity. Not high alcohol content, I consider it a true gastronomic wine, to start a dinner. Grown on soils rich in skeleton and clay and kept for about 24 hours on the skins to macerate
