Location: Irpinia, Campania.

What a magnificent color, my goodness, beautiful, lively, clean, splendid! Eliseo is certainly one of the greatest expressions of natural at the moment, it really seems like a farmer's wine (very well done eh). A perfect minerality, well present in the glass and the right acidity (which in excessive quantities I don't like even in whites). The alcohol is not noticeable but it is there and it is normal for the type of grape.

Pairings: well, some strong fish, maybe river fish, with chicken ok as long as it has a good sauce to match, I could also see it on a pizza with vegetables or seafood.
