Opinion: Do you want to feel organic Sicily in your glass? Maybe in easy mode with a light wine, a fun, low-alcohol and also organic bubble? Here we are! As soon as it was uncorked, the hints of lemon and lime were really intense; after a few minutes, the cooked apple took over on the nose; in the mouth, however, the citrus part prevails, but it is the citrus component as a whole that is present: grapefruit and a small part of orange for a sip of Sicily.
