Location: Revelli Piedmont

Opinion: This very pleasant rosé is born from a blend of some 60-year-old vines. It is rosé as I understand it (in the French way): 12-hour maceration with the skins and a wine with a beautiful color, a crazy bright light orange, low alcohol content and aromas of rose petal, strawberry and ripe citrus.

Pairings: excellent as an aperitif, perhaps with light sauces and with pizza
