Opinion: don't trust the usual Lambrusco but try this choice of mine: a light bubble makes this Raboso really nice, fresh and lively with aromas of slightly unripe pink fruit but it's how I would imagine an excellent Lambrusco, of course we are much further north...

Pairings: very versatile, as an aperitif given the low alcohol content and pleasantness of drink, but also with grilled chicken with seasoning, also to be tried with first courses with sauce and light ragù.
