Opinion: I never say never, the wineries I choose will be random: this pure Riesling Italico is the only Italian version that did not make me regret Germany. A wine more for aging and for enthusiasts; you have the feeling that, with a few years on its shoulders, as soon as its lively acidity will lower, it could reveal itself to be remarkable, with very evident hydrocarbon notes. Excellent price (especially in perspective). It is fermented in steel tanks with a soft pressing.

Pairings: with shellfish and seafood dishes of a certain salinity, good with Asian cuisine and probably paired with fresh cheeses; this lively acidity will cleanse your mouth.
