Location: Veneto Treviso

Opinion: what a great discovery, a wine with a lot of body, a full-bodied red, very vegetal and you can feel it; the alcohol is good but it doesn't weigh, lots of delicate spices on the nose and in the mouth, from black peppercorns to ripe red fruit passing through that famous undergrowth, you drink it and it gives you a natural, elegant, truly pleasant sensation. It ages, after a short period in steel, 36 months in 25 hl oak barrels.

Pairing: undoubtedly all types of roasts, even lasagna, excellent with meat ragù.
